Hey Shelley - Enjoyed reading your write-up, and the work you put into the analysis and tables (particularly the gig worker comps!). Can you please shed some light on what is a dividend issuance plan, and why is the lack of one during the IPO unusual? I would think growth stage companies don't plan to issue dividends until they are able to be reasonably profitable for a sustained period - not sure if that's related. Thanks!
